Please read the following terms and conditions - they will ensure that your pet has a happy and healthy stay with us.

1. CANCELLATION CHARGES apply.

If you fail to turn up on the agreed date to board your pet you will be liable for the full payment.
Animals not picked up by 10pm on the agreed date of return shall be kept a further night and you will be liable for this charge.

2. If you board your pet with us, you agree for the carer to make any decisions regarding your pet’s health providing it is acting in the best interest of the animal and is on the advice of a qualified veterinary surgeon. If you would prefer, you can write down a contact number on the booking form of someone who could make these decisions should an emergency situation arise. Vet bills that your pet may incur will be met by yourself upon your return.
